Where do you ship ?
We currently ship within Belgium and the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can i change, cancel, or return an order ?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
How do subscriptions work ?
Choose delivery every 2, 4, or 8 weeks. You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account after three rounds of delivery. Please see our Subscriptions Policy for full details.
How can I track an order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Do you offer local pick up ?
Yes. You can select local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect from our Tea House.
Where is the Kūkai Tea House located ?
Visit our Antwerp matcha studio on Falconplein 37 in Antwerp. Unwind, enjoy our seasonal menu, or join one of our workshops.
